The American Academy of Phlebotomy Technicians Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation is dedicated to advancing healthcare by supporting education, training, and workforce development in the field of phlebotomy and laboratory services.

The Foundation’s mission includes providing educational opportunities, scholarships, and financial assistance to individuals pursuing careers in phlebotomy, with a particular emphasis on supporting underrepresented and underserved populations who may not otherwise have the financial means to afford tuition and training. Through these efforts, the Foundation seeks to reduce barriers to entry into the healthcare workforce and promote equitable access to career pathways in laboratory medicine.

In furtherance of its charitable purpose, the Foundation may develop and support educational programs, partner with academic and healthcare institutions, and provide resources that promote high standards of practice, patient safety, and professional competency in phlebotomy.

By expanding access to healthcare education and strengthening the pipeline of skilled phlebotomy professionals, the Foundation contributes to improved patient care, enhanced diagnostic services, and better health outcomes in the communities it serves.

Your contribution can transform lives by providing essential training and educational resources for aspiring phlebotomy professionals. Join us in our mission to make healthcare education accessible to everyone and help build a brighter future for our communities.
