Advanced Refresher: Phlebotomy for Previously Trained Candidates

Class Day(s): Mondays & Wednesdays

Class Time: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Class Length: 3 weeks

Class Cost: $500.00 (*50% deposit option available)

Certification Exam: not included in price

*Please note that if you choose the deposit option to hold your seat and decide NOT to take the class, a $50 fee will be deducted from your deposit before it is returned.

What to expect after completing the registration form.

After payment, you will receive no additional contact from us, so be sure to show up on the scheduled day and time.

Students enrolled in the phlebotomy program are required to purchase navy blue scrubs and wear them during classroom instruction and while on their clinical externships. In addition, students should bring a composition notebook for note-taking.

The Accelerated Phlebotomy Refresher Course at the American Academy of Phlebotomy Technicians (AAPT) is tailored for individuals who have completed prior phlebotomy training within the last two years but have not yet entered the workforce:

To qualify for the refresher course, applicants must:

Have Completed an AAPT-Approved Phlebotomy Program Within the Last 2 Years: Proof of completion is necessary to ensure recent training.

Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
