Class Day(s): Tuesdays & Thursdays

Class Time: 4:45 pm to 8:00 pm

Class Length: 4 weeks

Class Cost: $580.00 (*50% deposit option available)

*please note, if you choose the deposit option to hold your seat and decide NOT to take the class, a $50 fee will be deducted from your deposit before it is returned.

What to expect after completing the registration form.

After payment is made you will receive no additional contact from us so be sure to show up at the scheduled day and time.

Students enrolled in the phlebotomy and patient care technician programs are required to purchase navy blue scrubs during classroom instruction and while on their clinical externships.  In addition, students should bring a composition notebook for note-taking.

Requirements

  • Negative PPD (6 months) or negative chest x-ray (one year)
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella vaccination
  • Current flu vaccination
  • Hep B vaccination or declination form
  • Tetanus shot (less than 10 years)
  • CPR for Healthcare Providers verification
