Class Cost: $599.00 (*50% deposit option available)

What to expect after completing the registration form.
After payment is made you will receive no additional contact from us so be sure to show up at the scheduled day and time.
Students enrolled in the phlebotomy and patient care technician programs are required to purchase navy blue scrubs during classroom instruction and while on their clinical externships. All uniforms will contain the school logo available at no cost. In addition, students should bring a composition notebook for note taking.

Prerequisites
Medical Learning Services’ workshops are open to AAPT’s active members and medical professionals with previous experience who provide a letter from their employer. The prior experience includes but is not limited to previously attending a phlebotomy program, CNA, EKG technicians & other medical professionals such as Medical Assistants, EMTs and other professionals with job responsibilities that include collecting blood samples by venipuncture or capillary method.

Prior training or education in allied health such as CNA, EKG technician, Medical Assistant, EMT and other healthcare professionals
Clinical Externship (Optional Program)
Requirements
- Negative PPD (6 months) or negative chest x-ray (one year)
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella vaccination
- Current flu vaccination
- Hep B vaccination or declination form
- Tetanus shot (less than 10 years)
- CPR for Healthcare Providers verification
- Drug test
- Background check
